Answer The simplest answer is a verse that is found in one of the shortest letters, Jude. Here, Jude states the the faith (truth) has been delivered once for all. This is a significant word because it is also used in the Hebrew letter to indicate that Jesus' death took place once for all. Just as Jesus' death was completed at one time, so the Word of God has been completely revealed at one time.

JUD 1:3 ¶ Beloved, while I was making every effort to write you about our common salvation, I felt the necessity to write to you appealing that you contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints.

HEB 10:10 By this will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

Also, another point is, the apostles never point to any future revelation that we should expect to occur. This is different from the Old Testament prophets who pointed to further revelation to come about the Messiah, His kingdom and so forth. Contact Gary

Question 2. Does the Qur'an complete the Bible?

Answer As for their claim that the Qur'an "completes" the Bible, that is not true. (This is no longer solely my opinion. These statements are based on the Bible.) In Galatians 1:8-9, the apostle Paul wrote,

"8 But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed.
9 As we have said before, so now I say again, if anyone preaches any other gospel to you than what you have received, let him be accursed."

Those are pretty strong words. Paul had been there and had himself taught those people the Gospel. This passage is simply a reminder that the only teachings that could get them to Heaven were the Bible principles that he had given them.

Another passage that provides a similar thought is Jude 3:

"3 ¶ Beloved, while I was very diligent to write to you concerning our common salvation, I found it necessary to write to you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints."

Jude tells the people he was writing to that the faith was "once delivered". This means that the Gospel that the apostles received from Christ and taught was the complete Gospel.

This brings me to the question, what does the Qur'an complete? What is missing from the Bible that God needed to write another book? The complete plan of salvation exists in many passages throughout the New Testament. Paul said to Timothy in 2 Timothy 3:16-17

"16 All Scripture [is] given by inspiration of God, and [is] profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness,
17 that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work."

These and other passages illustrate that the Bible is the complete Word of God. In addition, even if it weren't, the passage in Galatians 1 indicates that there would be no more revelation concerning the plan of salvation.

The Gospel that Paul taught the Galatians is the same Gospel that we read about in the New Testament. It is complete. The Qur'an is not from God. Contact Michael

Question 3. In the Bible, is there any verse that clearly says there are other books of faith besides the bible, such as the Book of Mormon?

Answer This is a good question you have. The answer is no, the Bible does not say anything about any other books of faith. In fact, the Bible indicates that anything other than what is in the Bible is not from God, but from the devil.

The clearest example of this idea is in Galatians 1:6 ¶ I marvel that you are turning away so soon from Him who called you in the grace of Christ, to a different gospel, 7 which is not another; but there are some who trouble you and want to pervert the gospel of Christ. 8 But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed. 9 As we have said before, so now I say again, if anyone preaches any other gospel to you than what you have received, let him be accursed.

Paul clearly tells the Galatians that if anyone is teaching *anything* other than what he taught them, it is wrong. Isn't it interesting that he says in verse 8 that even if another message were delivered from "an angel from heaven" that the Galatians were not to receive it. (Joseph Smith claimed that an Angel delivered the Book of Mormon to him.)

Jude 3 states that the gospel was "once delivered for all the saints." What we have in the Old and New Testament is all there is to know about God's plan for mankind. Books such as the Book of Mormon ("Another testament of Jesus Christ") are not from God. As I pointed out above, Paul said there wouldn't be anything else. Contact Michael
